One month to go

Hello everyone!

I can't believe I'm one month until our due date!! I'm getting a little nervous now. I mean, I have it all worked out in my head, I know I'll get through it... but I'm still a bit nervous -- and I think Dave's getting sick of that.

Anyhow, first for baby news.

I went the doctor today and I am 1cm dialated and 30% effaced. Weirder than THAT, the doc actually could FEEL the baby's HEAD. (You konw, when she did my exam.)

But this is the wierd news. 4 weeks ago, I measured at 31.5 cm. Two weeks ago, I measured 32 cm -- she said it wasn't anything to worry about, probably position. BUT, TODAY, I measured again at 32 cm -- I should be 35/36!! So I'm going for an u/s on Friday. The heartbeat was good -- 142, about the same as it's been for the last few months. She said she thought I might have already dropped -- is this why I'm measuring small? I can't believe it's small. I feel like a monster.

In other news, we got our new digital camera and will be sure to post some picts as soon as I get some worth posting. Dave has his first softball game tonight so I thought that wuold be a good place to start -- there are only so many pictures of Caesar the Cat that we really need :)

We went to Billings this past weekend and had a good time. We saw Christy, Kyle and their baby girl Annabelle who is amazingly sleeping 6-8 hours/night at only 3 mos. old. One can only dream right?! Anyhow, it was fun. We also found out that one of our friends was offered a job at Intel--Huge congrats to him!

This weekend is graduation for the university so it is bound to be crazy around here.

Hope to hear you are all well :)

OH, and if anyone still wants to join the baby pool, better get your bets in!!!
